Poor customer service, I understand that you might be flat out, but when your paying 15% extra on a public holiday you expect the coffee to taste like coffee and the person taking your order not speak Rude to you! And if your the manager and your wondering why your business didn't turn over what you thought it Should of, I would be looking at your staff as they surly don't know how to build on repeat business.
